Legal information
Terms of Service
These terms set out how Wafiya works with you, what our services cover, and what remains your responsibility.
Scope of our role
Wafiya provides language and administrative support, not regulated legal advice or legal representation.
Service definitions
Translation covers the rendering of personal documents, letters and forms between Arabic and English. Interpreting covers spoken support during appointments, calls and meetings. Application guidance explains the questions on a form so that you can respond yourself.
Your responsibility for information
You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you submit to any government body, council, landlord or other organisation. We do not complete or sign forms on your behalf, and we do not verify the facts you provide.
No guaranteed outcomes
No outcome, acceptance or decision by any government or local authority is guaranteed. Our work does not replace independent legal advice, and you should seek a regulated solicitor or authorised adviser where a legal question arises.
Cancellation and changes
You may cancel or change a booking by contacting us before the agreed start time. Fees and any cancellation terms will be confirmed with you in writing before work begins.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the specific service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
